We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, as it was situated in the middle of a bustling shopping district. The hotel was just a short walk from the subway station and not far from the bus terminal. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering to let us inspect our room before check-in and even providing extra freshening of the room. The family room we booked was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great location in the heart of a shopping district, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and a comfortable bed.- Enjoyed the view from the room overlooking the main square on Chunxi Road.
The hotel entrance was a bit difficult to find and navigate through a narrow lane. Some aspects of the hotel, such as the lobby and elevators, could use some improvement in terms of size and speed.

The Ane Grand Hotel in Chengdu was a pleasant stay. the location was convenient, being not far from the New South Gate bus terminal. We found the hotel down a short alley, but it was easily accessible. the rooms were decent-sized and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds. the bathroom had plenty of free toiletries and high-quality slippers. the service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a nice mix of Western and Chinese food. It was a great experience overall.

Great location in the heart of the shopping district, just a few steps away from the subway station. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including both Western and Chinese food.
The staff seemed a bit indifferent and not overly friendly. the elevators were slow and often crowded.
